Same-room · Screen collaboration

The shared screen, in the room you're already in

PresentPad helps people in the same physical space stay aligned with what is on the projector or main display. The host runs the session from a Windows PC; participants join on phone with light, in-context controls — not another video call, not remote desktop, and not a chat product.

  • Host: Windows desktop — start the room and drive the content.
  • Guests: Phone — join with a room code and collaborate on the live screen context.

How it works

Three steps from empty room to aligned room.

  1. 1

Host opens the room on PC

On the meeting-room or classroom machine, start PresentPad and share the session. The main display stays the source of truth.

  2. 2

    Guests join from their phones

Scan or enter the room code. No separate video stack — you are already in the room together.

  3. 3

    Control stays on the canvas

Point, Ink, Emphasis, and slide actions attach to the current presentation — not to a generic remote session.

What you can do on the canvas

Four controls, built for live sessions — nothing extra.

P

Point

Show where to look with a shared pointer — everyone sees the same focal point on the content.

I

Ink

Sketch and mark up in context while the material is on screen, without passing a stylus around the table.

E

Emphasis

Call out a moment on the slide or frame without breaking the speaker’s flow.

S

Slide navigation

Move slides from the phone when the format fits — the host stays authoritative, guests stay lightweight.

Built for live formats

Same room, one main surface — different agendas.

Meetings

Keep discussion tied to the deck or doc that everyone is already watching.

Training

Instructor at the front, cohort in the seats — phones stay secondary to the main screen.

Reviews

Walk designs or specs together, with marks that sit on the work, not in a side channel.

Presentations

Hand off emphasis and pacing without another app fighting for attention.

Downloads & platform status

Use the download page as the hub: it lists Windows, iOS, and Android with the same status model as the site config — no surprise links.

Hero and this block both lead to the same hub — check cards before you deploy to a room.
